#slimmingbody: morning snack (4 rice waffles)
How to prepare:
Cut the beetroot into slices and cook until ready. Let the beetroot cool down. Cut the spring onion into pieces. I only used the green part of the spring onion. Mix the spring onion with the tuna and beetroot in a bowl. In another bowl mix the quark with the spices and add to the tuna-beetroot mix. And ready is your delicious spread!Ingredients
- 200 gr of beetroot
- 150 gr of canned tuna (in water)
- ½ spring onion
- 150 gr of 0% quark
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt en pepper
Cooking time
30 minutes
