How to prepare:

Cut the beetroot into slices and cook until ready. Let the beetroot cool down. Cut the spring onion into pieces. I only used the green part of the spring onion. Mix the spring onion with the tuna and beetroot in a bowl. In another bowl mix the quark with the spices and add to the tuna-beetroot mix. And ready is your delicious spread!

  • 200 gr of beetroot
  • 150 gr of canned tuna (in water)
  • ½ spring onion
  • 150 gr of 0% quark
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt en pepper
