  2. This is my story about how living in a sober house changed my life.In 2007, I decided that my life had become unmanageable and that I didn’t want to continue living the way I had been.

Asking vulnerable questions in the kitchen encourages them to do the same when they step out into the world. When they get the hang of a skill, they can then turn to a buddy who needs assistance. We support each other’s path as well as to share what we have mastered.

I want them to feel at ease when trying something new. I don’t want them to be tense with feelings of pressure to do it the “right” way or feel shame if they do it “wrong”. I want to leave room for creativity and mistakes and self acceptance because these are all part of life.

Clinical resources are discussed on an individual basis and every referral is done in the best interest of the individual client. Your experience at Tharros is designed to help you be successful in your personal goals. We start with listening to your goals, and helping you identify what you want to achieve at Tharros. Some guys come naturally to working with dough, while others are more comfortable with a knife.
