How do I stay motivated? I receive many emails with this question from you girls. I will give you some useful tips that can come in handy to keep yourself motivated!

Keep your eye on the goal: This is why you started in the first place, right? Make sure that your goals are realistic and doable. This will prevent you from being to hard on yourself and getting disappointed.

Keep track of your progress: This is super important to check if you’ve achieved your goals or maybe even doing better than that. It will help you to stay motivated and happy because everytime you track your progress you are one step closer to your goal! But it’s also possible that you’re behind on schedule. In this case it will be a good wake-up call to get back on track.

Besides that, looking back at the progress and improvement you’ve made can give a real confidence boost. And who wouldn’t want that, ladies?

Be consistent: Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t only mean that you need to stay motivated, it’s very important to have discipline as well. If you follow your schedule it’s only a matter of time before it’s part of your daily routine. Believe me! Me and thousands of my clients have experienced it.

Reward yourself: Work hard, play harder right? Who works hard is also allowed to reward themself every once in a while. Are you happy with your results? Treat yourself with a brand new sport outfit. Like the outfit in the picture beneath.
