I thought it was a good idea to make a new recipe for chiapudding so sweety here you go: Chiapudding banana!

#slimmingbody: 4 o’clock snack
How to prepare:
Mix almondmilk and water with the stevia drops or honey. Add the chiaseeds and stir well. Let it rest for half an hour, then stir again. Put it in the fridge overnight.
Mash half a banana and mix with 1 tbsp of nutbutter. Pour into a glass. Cut the other half of the banana in slices and put in a glass (press them against the sides of the glass) and pour in the chiapudding. Top off with nutbutter and optionally banana pieces.
- 3 tbsp of chiaseeds
- 100 ml almondmilk
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp 100% nutbutter
- 1 banana
- 3 stevia drops or 1 tsp of honey
