Banana Quark cake
Bananabread is hopefully a weekly returning recipe in your nutrition! It’s super easy to prepare, very nutritious and filling. I played around with the recipe a little bit and added some low fat quark which makes this bananabread even more delicious. Some vanilla, pinch of cinnamon and a few stevia drops and it’s done, easy as that!

Mix the buckwheat flour, rolled oats, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl. Mash the bananas in another bowl and add eggs, quark, stevia drops and vanilla extract. Add the quark mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
