My name is Miranda, I’m 35 years old and I have a son. I am 1.71 and my weight was always between 57 and 60 kilos, which isn’t a lot. I could eat whatever I want, at least that’s what I thought… My weight didn’t change that much so why wouldn’t I eat whatever I want. But I didn’t make healthy choices: I ate tons of sugar and carbs. What makes the difference? It’s not that I will gain any weight. At that time I felt tired all the time and I also suffered from a sleeping disorder. I went to a sleeping clinic. At the clinic they couldn’t find an organic reason for my sleeping disorder, so I continued seeking for help/a reason. Then I found out that it had everything to do with my eating pattern. I had several food intolerances which caused me to feel this bad. I had to change the way I ate and what I ate.
I read about the Slimming Body Guide on the internet and on social media. I thought what do I have to lose? Nothing! So I took the shot. The nutrition plan gave me a good point from where to start and it was easy to combine it with my intolerances of milk, sugar, wheat and pork. The recipes are delicious and easy to prepare. Sometimes I give it my own twist. I love the workouts! After a short amount of time I started to see progress. I felt fit and energetic again and I felt so much better in my own skin. Now I go to the gym 4 times a week to do my workouts from the Slimming Body Guide. I like to combine them with weight training and crossfit.
Of course there will be people who would say my before picture is already fine. But losing weight wasn’t my goal, I wanted to feel fit again. And I can honestly say that I haven’t felt this fit in a very long time!
