My healthy story began three months ago, in February I started with the Slimming Body Guide. Why? My pants didn’t fit me anymore, my shirts were too tight around my arms and let’s not even start with when I look back at photos of myself in a bikini from three years ago. DILEMMA!!! When I discovered Lisa’s method on Facebook I was immediately hooked and I signed up for a personal body slimming plan. A diet plan with lots of delicious healthy meals and a plan that is good to combine with my irregular working hours.
One day a week I have my cheatday.. I eat whatever I want. A healthy lifestyle is a matter of just DOING IT, I did not put the bar too high in the beginning because I was afraid that I would fall back into my old lifestyle. Each day I became more aware of what healthy food was and I also started with crossfit three times a week and now I’m ADDICTED. I have much more energy, no bloated feeling anymore, and most importantly, I’m in love with my body!
