After several years eating as little as possible and dealing with my weight in a wrong way, there came one point that I was completely done with it. I had little energy, suffered from stomach pain and wasn’t happy with my own body. That’s why I asked Lisa to help me with developing a healthy diet.
After a few days I received a personal dietry advise. I also got a weekly schedule with different recipes so I could vary in a tasty way. Besides the dietry advise I received a workout schedule. Looking back, I am SUPER glad I turned to Lisa for help! Every day I eat delicious and nutritious meals and my stomach pain is as good as gone. The effect of strength training is super, especially when you notice that your body is getting stronger every time.
In total I’ve lost five kilos (October 2014 63 kilos, February 2015 58 kilos) and I’m looking and feeling a lot slimmer. I’m so happy that I’m feeding my body all this healthy food and I realize now how important it is to eat well. I feel more confident about myself and I’m finally happy again when I look in the mirror! For anyone who is hesitating: you have nothing to lose, go for it!
