About a year ago I figured it was time to work on my body and my well-being. On Instagram I saw all those confident girls rocking their bikinis with their fit and healthy body. That’s what I wanted as well! Feeling more confident about myself and have a healthy body.
I was never a big fan of dieting so I started to look for a healthy and fun way to lose some weight and to achieve my goals. I did some research on nutrition and sports. But when I applied what I knew about this to my life I had no structure. And at one point I didn’t know what was good for me and what wasn’t. When should I eat, what should I eat and how much?!
Then I came across Lisa’s account on Instagram. I immediately fell in love with the beautiful pictures of healthy and delicious recipes. When I read about her method and the way she prioritized a healthy lifestyle and love for your body, I couldn’t wait start. At first I had some trouble with finding my way. But after a while I got a hang of it and the method became a habit. This made it super easy to continue. Now I barely crave for unhealthy food, but when I do I just make a delicious recipe from Lisa’s website or guide which is also a treat for me. There is so much choice. And I know that after eating this my body will be thankful and I will feel good about myself :-).
I also noticed that setting realistic goals is very important. Don’t aim to high at first. This will make your journey a lot easier and less stressful for you. And the most important thing is that I am super happy with my own body again!
