We are halfway through the most lovely, but also challenging month of the year. I can’t wait for Christmas to start and to ring in the New Year in less than two weeks! Having a great time, being surrounded with loved ones and of course delicious food. What’s not to love about December?! And what’s better than starting a brand new year with a challenge! Yes that’s right ladies, I’ll be launching a brand new Happy New You challenge that you don’t want to miss! If this isn’t a great start of 2016, right?

I need YOU for this Happy New You challenge!

Just ten days left girls and than it’s 2016. WOUW! A new year, a fresh start and new opportunities. I bet you are already thinking about your new year resolutions. But be honest to yourself, they won’t last more than a week, do they? Stop with making those resolutions and choose for a new lifestyle. Stop with disappointing yourself! The Happy New You challenge is going to help you with that. The challenge will give your new year a kick start. On Saturday 2nd we’ll start and from then I will do my best to challenge you (and myself) every week as much as I can.

What does the challenge look like?

January and February will be all about living a sugar free life! Oh men.. Before you start to stress out and panic, I want to stop you right there because we’ll take it step by step you don’t have to quit sugars all at once ;-) No worries! Every week you will be one step closer to living a sugar free life. And with sugar free I mean free from refined sugar. Moreover I will give you useful information about what sugar exactly does to your body, why it’s not good for us, how we can recognize sugar and lots more. After this challenge you will never look at sugar the same way and you won’t stuff your face with sugar that easily anymore. Trust me!

As you might know I find the love for your own body the most important thing there is! That’s why we will focus on this in the last four weeks of the challenge. I have this dream (call me crazy) that every woman feels the love for her own body and I’m pretty sure that this challenge will bring that dream a little bit closer. I am finally feeling that love for myself and I will show you step by step how you will be able to feel it too, starting with my own story.
