I started the Slimming Body Guide because I was looking for a healthy and sporty lifestyle for a long time. I used to lack discipline and didn’t know where to start. After my purchase it took some time before I actually started using the guide, a few weeks to be exact. The moment I bought a scale I thought okay and now it’s enough. I decided to make a change right there. And it was super convenient that I already had the guide. I dived right in. I didn’t experience any hunger of cravings for unhealthy food. I got a lot of energy from eating healthy and working out. I do have to admit that you have to invest a lot of time in food (preparation)/exercising. Which can be hard to do so besides work. But I was super motivated so for me it wasn’t a problem.
I have lost 6 kilos in 10 weeks and all of the sudden I am that sporty and healthy person. This is also what people who don’t know tell me. I used to be a lazy, snacking, couch potato ;-). I’m pretty sure that my friends and family had to laugh very hard when I told them this was going to happen 6 months ago (including myself). I really surprised myself and I am super proud of what I’ve achieved so far.
