My own transformation belongs here too. I already shared my transformation story with you using a picture of my front, but I also got a lot of questions about my back. So here it is. Many think that if you’re going to eat less calories you’ll naturally lose weight! Unfortunately, the body doesn’t work like that. Your body needs the right nutrients to stimulate certain progresses.
In the left picture I ate 1000 calories a day and I felt very unhealthy. In the right, I started to feed my body in a responsible way using my Slimming Body Guide. Yes it really works!
