Success story of Linda
What I have tried the last couple of years… Weight Watchers, Sonja Bakker, Cambridge diet and as my last hope I followed a detox diet for 7 days. That was it. Since all those examples were real diets I did lose some weight at first. But after I stopped I gained even more weight and my body was completely confused. I didn’t have enough knowledge of what good nutrition was. I became quite desperate because all of this. I wanted to feel happy with myself again, have more energy and get rid of those stomach aches.
4 months ago I came across Lisa’s Instagram account! I was immediately drawn by her positivity, beautiful pictures, the transformations and of course the delicious recipes. I visited her website and became even more enthusiastic! This was exactly what I was looking for all these years. A realistic lifestyle switch in which I can eat delicious recipes without doing my groceries at 10 different supermarkets. I ordered the Slimming Body Guide right away! And yes I read the entire guide on the first day! A little note to Lisa: you wrote a beautiful, clear, delicious and well-written guide! Everything falls into place!!! I was a little afraid of the workouts but after I did the first one I felt so well! And I made progress every week. What a great feeling! At first I thought the that the amount of food I had to eat was too much, how could I lose weight if I have to eat more than I used to? But after one month I felt super energetic and my stomach aches were gone! I became slimmer and simmer and I finally felt ‘the love for my body’ where Lisa is always talking about.
After 14 weeks I can proudly say that I have achieved my goals.
