The countdown of the Happy New You challenge

And so the countdown begins! Christmas is over but men how I enjoyed myself! I hope you had a great time with your loved ones and lots of delicious food! Luckily we still got one public holiday to go: New Year’s Eve. I am pretty sure I am going to enjoy myself with a glass of bubbly (or two) and yummy snacks!

You might think ‘but why a challenge?’. Well I will explain you why I came up with this challenge and why it works. Also for you!

You are not on your own! Together, as one happy and healthy community, we will make this challenge to a great success. That’s what I love most about a challenge, you are never on your own. When you are having a hard time we will always be there for you. That’s a great feeling right?! We got each other’s back!

  1. A nice try out

Okay I have to admit something. When I think of living a sugar free life I think that ain’t gonna happen. But if I am able to try this step by step with many other amazing girls I think it’s worth a shot. I bet you are thinking the same.

  1. A sugar free life ánd love for your own body

If this isn’t reason enough! A pretty great goal if you ask me :-). Living a sugar free life isn’t as easy as it sounds nowadays. Sugar is added to almost everything. And sugar is addictive! That’s the reason we are working towards a sugar free life this challenge. Besides living a sugar free life I know many of you girls have a hard time loving their body for what it is. And believe me I know how hard it can be. I’ve been there. But I know for sure that together we can do this!
