2015 has almost come to an end sweethearts.. How fast had this year gone by, right? I have helped so many girls in achieving their goals and creating a happy and healthy lifestyle. Are you going to be one of those girls?
2016 is just around the corner and you know what that means: New Year’s resolutions are being made! But why should you wait till January 1st to feel the love for your body again, if you can also start right now achieving your goals?! How many times were ‘losing weight’ and ‘getting slim’ on your list of resolutions? I bet a lot of times right? (they were also one of mine for many years girls, guilty).

My tips to end AND start the year shining and happy:
- Start now
What’s basically the difference between starting your happy healthy lifestyle on a Monday in November and on a Monday in January? NONE! You will even get a head start on all those people who start in January. On Monday January 4th you will shine in the gym already being in the best shape ever surrounded by all those ‘sport fanatics’ who are just getting started. Besides that you have already reached one of your goals in January which were planned for February or March (or even later)!
- No more excuses
Admit it, don’t you dread January 1st a little bit because of those resolutions you ‘have’ to achieve? Imagine you can already skip one New Year’s resolution (probably your number 1 on the list) because you have already achieved it by the beginning of 2016? How great would that be?! You can start the new year fresh and in the best shape you’ve ever been. No more excuses!
- Imagine it
Shine in your new cute dress and heels on New Year’s Eve, who doesn’t want that? And imagine the look on your families (and maybe in-laws) face when you join the Christmas dinner shining because you are already super happy with yourself and you don’t have to feel guilty about all those delicious (probably not so healthy) food you are about to eat. Thank god for the cheat day lol. Believe me, that’s a great feeling.
- Never a good moment
While you’re reading this you probably think: ‘But what about all that delicious food I will miss if I start now?’ I feel you! Those last months of the year are definitely not the easiest months to maintain a healthy lifestyle, let alone start one. But don’t worry sweeties, because ILWH comes to the rescue! You have probably heard about my beloved cheat day right? You don’t have to skip all those goodness’s these months ;-). It’s all about balance!
