Thanks to Marlies for your request for a vegetarian pasta! I made this delicious pasta with only 5 ingredients (!)! How is that for an easy recipe, right? I am not counting the herbs lol.

How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Put the pumpkin in the oven for about 25 minutes. The pumpkin is done when a fork goes in smoothly.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Put the pumpkin in a food processor together with cinnamon, garlic and pepper and salt. Mix until you get a smooth sauce.
Time to serve! Put your noodles and sauce in a bowl. Finish off with pecannuts.
If you don’t like the noodles you can use zuchinni instead.
- 75 gr of Green Soya Bean Noodles
- 350 gr pumpkin
- 100 ml unsweetened almondmilk
- 1 hand of pecannuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 glove of garlic
- Pepper and salt
