Peanutbutterbread
Peanutbutter lovers all over the world! Peanutbutter and bread. Do I need to say more? This recipe is heaven. I can’t live without peanutbutter, I don’t let a day go by without eating it. That’s why this recipe is perfect for you if you love peanutbutter as much as I do and if you love bread. 1 slice of this delicious and nutritious bread and you are good to go for hours! I usually take a slice as my morning snack.

How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Soak the chiaseeds in 100 ml hot water. Mix the rice flour and oatmeal flour in a bowl. In another bowl mix the banana, peanutbutter, vanilla, stevia and chiaseeds. Add this to the flours and mix well.
Line a cake form with parchment paper and pour the batter in.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes in the oven. Let it cool and slice in 5 portions.
Ingredients (5 portions)
- 100 gr rice flour
- 150 gr oatmeal flour
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp chiaseeds
- 1 tbsp peanutbutter (100% natural)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 15 stevia drops
- Optional: peanutbutter as a topping
