Nutella pizza

I wonder how many jars of Nutella I already ate. I probably don’t want to know.. I am a hardcore Nuttella fangirl. I could write a book about my love for Nutella lol. Do you think there are people who don’t love Nutella? Is that even possible? Anyhow, I have discovered many delicious recipes with Nutella but this is definitely one of my favorites. Words can’t describe.. It’s a great treat for on your cheat day!

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Mix the rolled oats with water and stevia drops in a bowl until you get a sticky dough. Is it too thick? Add some extra water. Line up a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly with a wet spoon. Make sure the dough is about ½ a cm thick. Put in the oven for 20 minutes, then turn and bake for another 15 minutes. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Top your pizza off with the melted chocolate and slices of strawberries.

  • 125 gr of rolled oats
  • 300 ml water
  • 4 stevia drops
  • 60 gr of pure (85%) chocolate
  • 50 gr strawberries
