
Happy New Year Pancakes
Yes girls it’s time for another pancake recipe! You can vary endlessly with pancake recipes. Today I made these yummy pancakes with oatmeal flour and fruit. Because of the oatmeal flour my bloodsugar will be in balance and I will be satisfied the entire afternoon. That’s what I like to call a superfood! Have I mentioned that these pancakes are also super yummy? Definitely put them on your to cook list. Enjoy!

How to prepare
Mash 1 banana in a bowl and add oatmeal flour, baking powder, raw cacao and water. Mix well. Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan. Bake the pancakes on both sides. Cut 1 banana, kiwi and grapefruit into pieces. Tim to build to Happy New Year pancake tower! Start with a pancake and then a layer of fruit. Repeat this until you used all pancakes and fruit. Top your pancakes with some fresh mint.Ingredients
- 100 gr oatmeal flour
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. raw cacao
- 1 tsp. honey
- 50 ml water
- 1 kiwi
- 1 grapefruit
- Fresh mint
