
Fruit crumble
Forget the traditional crumble made of butter, sugar and flour. This healthy crumble made of red fruit is a lot healthier and super yummy! I am in heaven. I noticed that I didn’t have much variation in my afternoon snack so it was about time to make a new recipe. It’s good to vary in recipes (and delicious). So fire up your oven girls because I bet you have all the ingredients for this crumble already at home. :)

How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 190 degrees. If you use frozen fruit, thaw it first and drain most of the excessive moisture. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the fruit. Put the fruit in a baking dish and put the crumble on top. Bake your fruit crumble in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Ingrediënts (3 portions)
- 50 gr oatmeal flakes
- 50 gr rolled oats
- 50 gr nuts and seeds
- 1 tbsp. flaxseed
- 1 tsp. grated coconut
- 1 tbsp. mixed spice
- 500 gr forest fruit
