#slimmingbody: morningsnack (use 1/2 apple)
How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees.
In a bowl mix rolled oats, seeds, pits and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake the mixture for 10 minutes in the oven. Even oven works differently so be careful that the oats don’t burn. After 10 minutes get you oats out of the oven and let it cool down to get that crunchy bite.
Cut the apple and date into pieces and heat up in a saucepan with 1 teaspoon cinnamon, honey and 2 tablespoons water. You don’t have to heat for very long, the apple just needs so get a little soft.
Get yourself a nice jar and start with a layer of crunchy oats. Then a layer of apple pieces. Continue this until you’re out of layers.
